During her tenure she held the position of College Unit Director, Field Director, Assistant Managing Partner and Assistant Director of Agency Development in the home office in Milwaukee, WI. Vlasta received her Bachelors Degree from Occidental College in 1990 and her Masters in Business Administration from Portland State University in 1996.
